A 24 hour notice is required. Please be considerate of our guest who may be on a waiting list and able to utilize your appointment time by promptly notifying us of a conflict.
If you are late for your appointment time, your treatment may be reduced in order to finish on time for the next schedules guest. The usual fee for treatment will remain the same.
Not showing for an appointment may result in a charge for your appointment time.
As much as we love children we cannot accommodate them at this time. It is our goal to provide a quiet atmosphere.
